๐Ÿพ Similar Breed Playtime Sessions & Puppy Play Time Sessions – Additional Terms & Conditions

Secure Dog Field Participation Agreement & Disclaimer

โ€‹

By booking and/or attending a Breed-Specific Playtime Session, all participants agree to the following additional Terms & Conditions, which apply alongside our standard Secure Dog Field Hire Agreement:

1. Nature of the Session

1.1 Breed-Specific Playtime Sessions are informal, unsupervised social play opportunities for dogs of a specific breed/type and their handlers.

1.2 These Sessions are social meet-ups only and are not training classes, behaviour consultations, professional assessments, or controlled dog introductions.

2. Handler Responsibility

2.1 All handlers attend and participate entirely at their own risk.

2.2 Handlers remain solely responsible for the behaviour, control, welfare and actions of their own dog(s) at all times.

2.3 Handlers must remain present, attentive, and in effective control of their dog throughout the Session.

2.4 Handlers must only bring dogs they are confident can safely socialise in a group environment with unfamiliar dogs.

2.5 If a dog displays inappropriate, unsafe, reactive or aggressive behaviour, the handler must immediately remove and control their dog when requested or deemed necessary.

3. Dog Eligibility

3.1 Dogs must not attend if they have a known history of aggression or are unsuitable for off-lead social interaction.

3.2 No entire (unneutered) males are permitted to attend. This rule is in place to help reduce the risk of conflict and aggression within the group.

3.3 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require removal of, any dog considered unsuitable for the Session.

4. Assumption of Risk

4.1 Dog play carries inherent risks, including but not limited to rough play, injury, illness transmission, conflict between dogs, and accidental damage.

4.2 By attending, handlers acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation for themselves, their dogs, other attendees and property.

5. Liability Waiver

5.1 All Things Doggy Ltd, the organiser, landowner, Secure Dog Field, staff, volunteers and representatives accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for:

  • Injury, illness, loss or death of any dog

  • Injury to handlers or third parties

  • Dog fights, scuffles, behavioural incidents or aggression

  • Damage to vehicles, equipment, belongings or property

  • Any veterinary, medical or associated costs arising from participation

5.2 Participation is entirely at the handler’s own risk.

5.3 Handlers agree they are fully responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused by their dog.

6. Not a Training or Behaviour Service

6.1 These Sessions must not be relied upon as training, rehabilitation, behavioural therapy, or behaviour modification.

6.2 Attendance does not guarantee suitable play, compatibility, or safe interactions between dogs.

7. Conduct

7.1 Handlers are expected to act responsibly, monitor play appropriately, and intervene when necessary.

7.2 The organiser may end a dog’s participation immediately, without refund, where safety or welfare concerns arise.

8. Agreement

By booking or attending a Breed-Specific Playtime Session, handlers confirm that they:

  • Understand this is not a training session

  • Accept full responsibility for their dog

  • Confirm their dog is suitable to socialise with other dogs

  • Accept that no entire males are permitted

  • Agree to participate entirely at their own risk

  • Release All Things Doggy Ltd and Secure Dog Field from all liability arising from participation

โ€‹

9. Puppy Playtime Sessions

  •  Puppies attending designated Puppy Playtime Sessions may attend without being neutered or castrated, provided they are under 12 months of age at the time of the Session.

  • All other participation requirements, responsibilities and behavioural expectations within these Terms & Conditions continue to apply to Puppy Playtime Sessions.

  • Handlers must ensure their puppy is physically and behaviourally suitable to safely socialise with other puppies and dogs in a group environment.

  • Female puppies in season must not attend any Session.

Participation in the Session constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

โœ… Zero Tolerance Policy

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for breaches of these rules.
All Things Doggy Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry, remove any dog or handler, or end participation immediately without refund where safety, welfare or conduct concerns arise.
